When not working, what can we find you doing?
“Playing ABC’s” with my kids, sampling one of my wife’s DIY creations, or getting fresh air from any variety of outdoor adventures.
What are you passionate about?
I’m passionate about fostering a creative environment for our team to solve the industry’s most complex problems. It is rewarding to discover a customer’s need that hasn’t been met, describe the context of the problem to the team without introducing my own biases, and see the innovative solutions the Dairyland team designs.
How do you Live Engaged?
Ensuring my spiritual, mental, and physical health is prioritized so I can have a foundation to help my inner circle achieve their vocation and help the community thrive. I’ve come to realize the Living Engaged idea is dynamic and will look different as new life circumstances will inevitably shift available time and resources.
How/where do you volunteer?
In the past, volunteering with the fire department has been extremely rewarding. During this time, I came to appreciate all the work that humble small-town heroes do behind the scenes. At the present time, I volunteer at my local church as opportunities arise.
