Horizontal Flange Mount

For applications where it is necessary to mount a PCR across a horizontally oriented flange using existing flange bolts, the Horizontal Flange Mount Kit is available from Dairyland.  Kits for pipelines up to 16″ can be readily supplied.  If larger sizes are required, please contact Dairyland.

To install these devices using existing flange bolts, the flange must have  machined, unpainted outer face to mate to the bus bars.  An appropriate anti-corrosion compound is included for the bracket to flange interface.

Note: Specify ANSI # Class and Pipe Diameter at time of purchase. Dairyland will custom drill the hole prior to shipment. Please also specify PCR model number for proper bracket selection.
