This presentation will illustrate typical applications of DC decouplers used with cathodic protection systems. An overview of basic decoupler operation and how to select of the right decoupler for various situations will be discussed.
Attendees will learn why decouplers are needed, how they work, where to use decouplers, and how to select the proper decoupler. Presentation Time = Approximately 20 mins followed by 10 min Q&A.

Tony joined Dairyland Electrical Industries, the world’s leading manufacturer of solid-stat decoupling products used to isolate cathodically protected structures from grounding systems, in 2014 as Electrical Design Engineer where he focused on new product design, product research, product testing, and application support. Recently, he transitioned to Business Development with a focus on international markets. When not in the office, Tony enjoys road and mountain biking, time with family and anything related with cars.
