When not working, what can we find you doing?
Walking my dogs while listening to an audio book, hunting for treasures in a thrift store, or deciding what snack I want to eat next.

What are you passionate about?
Health & fitness, nature & animals, branding & good design, and treating people with kindness and respect.

How do you Live Engaged?
By trying to make a small difference wherever/whenever I can: picking up litter while out on a walk, bringing in my neighbor’s trash cans on pickup day, returning abandoned shopping carts that were left in the middle of a parking lot, etc.

How/where do you volunteer?
I have a weekly volunteering shift at a local animal shelter — Dane County Humane Society. I work with dogs, making sure they get exercise, enrichment, and plenty of love to make their shelter stay a little less stressful. I primarily work with dogs who, through no fault of their own, are not adopted as quickly as some of the others and need a little extra focus and attention to set them up for success.
