You can find me: walking my dog, hunting for treasures in a thrift store, or most likely, in the kitchen making/eating a snack.

Health & fitness, nature & animals, branding & good design, and treating people with kindness and respect.
How do you Live Engaged?
By trying to make a small difference wherever/whenever I can: picking up litter while out on a walk, bringing in my neighbor’s trash cans on pickup day, returning abandoned shopping carts that were left in the middle of a parking lot, etc.
How/where do you volunteer?
By designing fundraising materials for my local Big Brothers Big Sisters organization, donating blood through the American Red Cross, and helping area seniors with yard maintenance and cleanup.
