When not working, what can we find you doing?
During the week: Quietly unraveling my entire identity, having an ego death, rewiring my nervous system, and unlearning three generations of dysfunctional coping.
On the weekend: Listening to records, reading books, playing with my cats, or some combination of the three…

What are you passionate about?
Music. Music is more than something I play in the background out of boredom or convenience. It is the pulse to my day. It contours my mood, my disposition, my routines. There’s an element to it that is difficult to explain, but in a world that often doesn’t make sense, music does.

How do you Live Engaged?
There’s an old saying, “treat people the way you want to be treated.” This adage is so cliché at this point, but it seems like few people seek to truly live out this principle. So, I seek to treat everyone with kindness, respect, and dignity. This is one of the simplest, yet most profound, ways one can Live Engaged in the world.

How/where do you volunteer?
I have done a little bit of everything. I have done trash clean-up projects, worked at meal packing facilities, and raked yards for people that are unable to do so. Sometimes the smallest gestures go a long way.
