What is your favorite part of your job?
Being able and encouraged to help and care for people, whether volunteering, supporting coworkers, or the occasional (and currently not so frequent) feeding of the masses.
Which is your favorite Dairyland cow?
The original cow. I have an older original that’s been sitting in the sun and looks a little like a caramel cow.

When not working, what can we find you doing?
Doing silly things with my family. I love seeing my family smile and hearing laughter.
What are you passionate about?
Making sure kids in my community get what they need to learn and thrive.
How do you Live Engaged?
I Live Engaged at work by sharing my knowledge, experiences, and willingness to help others; I care about those I work with and want to help them succeed. At home I try to be intentional to set aside time for each family member and remember the little things really do matter. I aim to be a thoughtful member of my community, caring for friends and strangers, so that it will continue to be a place I’m proud to have a family.
How/where do you volunteer?
Primarily I volunteer with my local Parent Teacher Organization – it’s an opportunity to support our teachers & support staff who care & give so much to our children. It’s a way to help with some of their needs and supports inclusivity so that students in our district are provided equal opportunities. We offer enrichment that the district doesn’t have a budget for and help cover costs the teachers would otherwise pay for themselves. I’m also able to involve my family to teach values of caring and showing respect and appreciation for others.
