Outside somewhere or working on some sort of house project – hopefully one outside.
What are you passionate about?
My family – my wife, son, daughter and 4 grands.
How do you Live Engaged?
Though much easier said than done, I hope to accept others as fellow created souls with many of the same hopes, fears, dreams, quirks, hang-ups, failures, and passions that I have. By doing so, I stand a greater chance of having real empathy and care for others, which I think is a basic requirement for truly living engaged. For me, living engaged is simply enjoying the strange and beautiful people that we share this earth with.
How/where do you volunteer?
Together with my wife, I have spent much time working with teenagers and young adults, teaching life skills and encouraging positive behaviors. It is so rewarding to have a part in helping a young person discover and grow into who they were made to be.
